Job Summary:


Join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist, the ideal starting point for a career in sales. This role is perfect for aspiring sales professionals eager to learn, with a planned transition to a standalone Sales role within 6 months to a year. You will work closely with our leading and tenured Sales Director, who will mentor you throughout your journey at Fuze to ensure your success. As a vital part of our client services team, you'll use your relationship-building and communication skills to develop the sales acumen needed to drive business growth.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and organize client files, contracts, and documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings and conduct needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support our client's needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for entering data into workforce platforms as required.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Assist the sales team in coordinating meetings and presentations, preparing materials, and tracking client interactions.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative and client service experience.
  • Bilingual – fluent in both English and French (verbal and written).
  • Strong computer and administrative skills (excellent data entry and MS Office skills).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Team player; collaborative, willing to roll up their sleeves to help others.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude!
