Our client, a law firm located in the heart of Surrey, has an immediate opening for an Office Clerk to join their team on a full time permanent basis!

The Office Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Front desk duties include greeting lawyers and clients as they arrive
  • Answering phone calls and forward calls to appropriate staff members
  • Coordinating with couriers and mail
  • Organization of the office filing system and off-site storage facility
  • Assist the accounting team with data entry of invoices and bank runs – training will be provided!
  • Assist with supporting the lawyers with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ordering office supplies

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication
  • At least 6 months of experience working a professional office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
