The Operations Assistant is a two-part role – customer service and warehouse. You’ll work closely with community partners and help with order fulfillment. The Operations Assistant must have excellent communication, a dedication to providing excellent customer service and able to manage stocking and order picking. A background in retail, or hospitality and a willingness to learn the warehousing is desired. They are willing to train, and 1+ year of prior experience is required. This role is based in Vancouver and the hours are 7am – 3pm.
