Position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Estevan, SK

Wage Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annual salary, pending experience

Vacation: Standard is 3 weeks of holidays accrued as worked but can be negotiated

Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with flexibility

On call rotation for dispatching and sales, once every 3 – 4 weekends

       

Core Responsibilities

·Assist and lead the sales team in establishing and understanding petroleum pricing for the area

·Oversee the safe effective operation of the site including the supervision and management of all site personnel (hiring, training, discipline, termination, and performance reviews)

·Maximize efficiencies, organize, and schedule regular maintenance of facility including equipment, buildings, and fleet

·Dispatching delivery drivers and trucks (where required)

·Manage inventory levels of all products and assist in the ordering process

·Repairs and maintenance of the Estevan C Store, Lampman and Stoughton

·Accurate and complete record keeping and compliance with all government regulations with regards to fuel

·Ability to fuel vehicles, propane bottles and obtain product from warehouse as required to service customers

·Coordinate advertising for the area and deal with outside sales representatives

·Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly inspections, checklists, and investigations

·Responsible for administration and updating of the waste management program  

·Other related duties as required or assigned


Qualifications

·Post Secondary degree/certificate in Management and/or Marketing or 5 years comparable on the job experience

·Experience in the fuel and lubricant industry

·Understanding of the LSD system

·Superior communication skills, time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks

·Ability to deal with the public along with customer focus mindset

·Hands-on experience with productivity applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail

·Experience in sales and inventory control


Working Conditions

·Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions

·Position may be exposed to elements such as noise, dust, odours, fumes, oils, and allergens

·Ability to lift or move 50 pounds

·Overtime as required
