Our client is currently looking for an accounts receivable admin for their Lloydminster location. This position is for someone who is energetic and self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Target start date May 16, 2024
- 24 hr/week PT contract – flexible schedule
- Possibility of going FT and permanent
- $23 - $25/hr pending education and experience
Core Responsibilities
- Accountable for all aspects of the accounts receivable processes
- Completing invoice calculations, billing statements, payment processing, preparing financial reports
- Performing day to day financial transactions
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records and perform account reconciliations on customers' transactions.
Qualifications
- Able to work in Canada
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 2+ years working knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
