Job Function:
Our client in Lloydminster, AB, is looking for an individual who is positive with excellent people skills.
Starting: as soon as possible
Duration: permanent or temp will be considered
Compensation: $20/hr., benefits can be set up, 2 weeks’ vacation
Position: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 2:30 pm or with flexibility 9 am – 3 pm (30 min. lunch)
Professional working environment with training provided.
Successful Candidate:
§ Have front end office experience as will be first point of contact and direct inquiries
§ Answer and direct calls
§ Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Outlook
§ Data entry using Excel, Word, and other in-house systems
§ General reception duties including but not limited to mail in/out processes, maintaining reception area, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, saving, printing, and assist in other areas as required
§ Mail registry, ordering courier and office supplies
§ Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
§ Have excellent attention to detail and be able to multi-task
