We are currently looking for a bookkeeper/administrator for a long-standing reputable organization in Lloydminster.  This position will start as soon as possible.


Benefits:

§8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (1 hr. lunch)

§$35 - $40/hr. pending education and experience

Core Responsibilities

§First point of contact for both clients and staff (in person, phone, email)

§Monitor Transaction Desk, prepare Sale Files and post

§Review sale files and prepare for Broker/Management review and signature

§Record information on the sales report, agent’s reports and sales number sheet

§Full Cycle Bookkeeping:  Payroll, AP, AR, EFT, GST/PST remittances, corporate tax remittances, MasterCard, bank transactions, T4’S, reconciliations, deposits, financial statements, cash flow analysis, etc.

§Company audits, agent registration, Land Titles, Tax Certificates & Sama

§Record/process deposits and cheques

§Various balancing and reporting month/year end including year-end preparation for accountant and other stakeholders

§Assisting, registration and completion of necessary documentation for all agents

§Capital assets, fixtures and equipment addition, write offs, depreciation, etc.

§Maintaining, monitoring, and updating documentation and manuals

§Call for repairs and maintenance

§Basic computer troubleshooting and maintenance

§Data input into various inhouse programs


Qualifications

§  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Gmail

§  Attention to detail and time management

§  Fintrac Compliance, Pillar 9, Lone Wolf and Transaction Desk Programs (Asset but not required)

§  Quick Books (Asset but not required)

§  Knowledge of PC’s and Google Drive (Shared)

§  Financial Accounting Background Monthly and Annual Year Ends

§  Real Estate experience (Asset but not required)

§  Full cycle bookkeeping

§  Computer Maintenance

§  Trust Account management

§  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

§  Highly motivated, trustworthy, outstanding positive attitude and desire to grow job responsibility

§  Flexible and adapt easily to changing priorities

§  Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships

§  Grade 12 with a related post-secondary education or diploma

§  Clean Criminal Record Check
