Job Function:
We are currently recruiting a finance admin for a dynamic and growing organization in Lloydminster that is dedicated to growth and excellence within the construction industry. This position will start as soon as the right candidate is identified.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
• Inputting financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
• Full cycle accounting/bookkeeping, monthly reporting and analysis, annual year end reporting, general ledger controls and processes, and others as required
• Assisting with AP/AR, processing invoices, payments, and collections
• Weekly payroll
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
• Providing general administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files
• Preparing financial reports and summaries as needed
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Bi-weekly payroll, WCB (AB/SK), Benefit & Insurance records/renewals
• Government remittances monthly/bi-weekly (GST, Corporate taxes, payroll source deductions, T4, ROE)
• Prepares/Presents management reporting packages
• Reviews and analyzes accounting/financial adjustments, submissions, and reports
• Documentation filing and record keeping
• Year-end preparation for accountant
• Other as required
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Able to work in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent; accounting, bookkeeping or related field preferred
Previous experience in a financial or administrative role is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, highly skilled in Excel and reporting
Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is an asset
Experience in Project Management an asset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
