Target Start Date: ASAP End Date: 3-month Temp to start with possible extension
Location: Lloydminster, AB Wage Range: $23-$25/hr depending on experience/education
Hours: 9 am – 3 pm, Monday – Friday (flexible to some extent)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day assistance with various finance tasks and helping to support the company and team through a software/ business transition
Inventory support working through listings of inventory data and other data to ensure they are accurate for importing to their new system
Understanding of inventory processes
Following written instructions
Analyzing data
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic accounting knowledge to identify whether Pivot tables, Vlookup type of Excel functions are giving reasonable results
Knowledge of debit and credits
Experience with inventory concepts
Very strong Excel skills
Ability to work independently with a diverse client group utilizing strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
Highly motivated with great attention to detail
