Type:  3-Month Temporary (Potential to Become Permanent)

We are seeking a  Finance Administrative Assistant  to join a  dynamic and growth-focused organization  in the oilfield industry. What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly wage:  $26 – $28/hr
  • Flexible hours  (general schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Enter financial data into  QuickBooks  and spreadsheets
  • Assist with  Accounts Payable/Receivables, including invoice processing, payments, and collections
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team — scheduling, correspondence, and file management
  • Assist with  payroll processing
  • Data analysis
  • Perform additional duties as required to support team success


Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration is an asset)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a financial or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in  Microsoft Office Suite  (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of  QuickBooks
  • Experience with  Payroll,  ADP,  OpenInvoice, or  JobUTrax  is an asset
  • Experience with Core or any equivalent Project Management/Costing system
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
