Construction Estimating And Sales Support

Estimating and Sales support required

Our employer is a large company in the garage door industry. They are looking to hire a Construction Estimating and Sales Support person. (This is not a Cad/Blueprint interpretation role)

This is a role for someone with a great

attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze service reports and quote necessary work

• Assemble estimate and proposals

• Communicate contractual terms and conditions

• Help improve and maintain accurate cost templates (Excel)

• Assist salespeople in daily tasks

•Answer phones, book service calls and dispatch work orders

• Assist with invoicing

COVID Precautions: The employer has taken extreme precaution to keep their employees safe. While all employees work in the office, this is done from at minimum 6 feet of distance. Masks are worn. Temperature checks are frequent.

Surfaces are cleaned 3 times daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Qualifications

• Experience and familiarity with the construction industry is an asset

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Exceptional communication skills

• Experience in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Excel and MS Word

• Strong math skills
