The employer a telecommunications company is currently looking to hire a permanent Administrative Assistant to work in their Concord/Vaughan, office. If you have a minimum of 1-year or more experience in a similar role and have excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage changing priorities, we are looking for you to apply.


  • Location: Concord/Vaughan, ON
  • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience plus Benefits
  • Required Availability Onsite: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
  • Assignment Type: Full Time | Permanent




Administrative Assistant who enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for various office support and administrative duties as the Administrative Assistant. Full-Time opportunity, this Administrative Assistant opportunity is in Concord/Vaughan, Ontario area.


 Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in Proposal Preparation, Type up sales quotes, contracts

Read RFP/RFQ and determine deadlines and supporting documents as required

Use a configurator or excel spreadsheet

Update contact lists

Answer phone calls

  • Support a variety of projects for other employees
  • Handle telephone calls
  • Other duties as required
Job Requirement:



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable computer skills
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Scanning Documents experience preferred
  • Minute taking experience
  • Filing experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Assistance
  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • Other duties as required
