Our employer an electric company is looking for an office admin/ coordinator ASAP to start immediately. They are located on Hwy 7 & Jane.



Job Title: Office Admin / Coordinator
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am-5pm- full time
Salary: Starting from $20-$25 per hour


Responsibilities:
• Create quotes/invoices
• Follow up with clients via email and phone regarding due/unpaid invoices
• Communicate with clients, gather information, follow-up job orders
• Communicate with vendors to coordinate deliveries, follow up orders
• Create work tickets/rental slips
• Sort and file paperwork, bills, receipts
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

 

Skills and Requirements:

MUST HAVE:
- Must have prior experience as an office clerk/administrator in Canada - at least two years
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Business email writing skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work with a minimum supervision, after training
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with Quick Books is an asset
