Brief Description:
Our employer provides appliance repair services in Ontario for both residential and commercial appliances. They are an authorized service centre for key manufacturers in the region and are now looking for a committed Technician Manager to assist their techs with troubleshooting, parts ordering, etc. |
Job Function:
- Provide Technical Support to techs
- Parts ordering
- Pre-diagnose calls for triage
- Be up-to-date with bulletins and new information about certain appliances
- Evaluate Technicians’ performance on a regular basis
- Be involved in the training process of new technicians
- Go out on the field with technicians as part of their training process

Job Requirement:
- Previous knowledge in technical appliances
- Experience with different brands
- Knowledge of troubleshooting
- Really strong technical skills
- Being able to teach other technicians
