Our service industry employer is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative full time in the office.
Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a timely manner following company standards
* Manage all correspondence, including follow ups using company systems and procedures
* Accurately enter all customer information including services and billing
* Build relationships through creative and friendly follow ups both internally and externally
* Process and manage leads to completion using our systems and procedures
* Assist with customer service, service schedules and other administrative tasks
* Support the accounting team with managing invoicing, accounts receivable and inventory
* Assist in process improvement and streamlining of operations
