Job Function:
This position is open for an individual responsible for delivering a safe and developmentally suitable program that aligns with the preschool's curriculum.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing appropriate activities, offering assistance and encouragement to children, providing support as required, and maintaining a healthy and secure environment for the children.
The successful candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with College of ECE (for the RECE position)
- Applicants must have ECE diploma
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR certification
- Experience with Pre- School/ Nursery
- Working knowledge of ELECT and How Does Learning Happen principles
- Ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs
- Ability to work as part of a committed and dedicated team
- Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
- A clear health and vulnerable sector check is necessary prior to employment
