They are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Sales Department based out of the Toronto office.

Reporting to the Director, Customer Relationship Management, the CSR will be responsible for identifying opportunities and understanding the sales process of the employer’s products and client services, including though not limited to the following:

  • Speak with existing clients and new prospects
  • Assist in growing the volume of sales, achieving and/or exceeding annual sales objectives
  • Provide the highest level of client experience in every customer interaction
  • Ensure accurate client & sales related data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Requirement:

Requirements:

  • Experience using CRM software (preferably Salesforce.com)
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) designation is an asset, though not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner. Strong verbal, written, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Fluent English communication abilities, both written and verbally
  • Prior community experience as well as interest and/or experience in Israel and/or Jewish community affairs

Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-3pm. Vacation on Jewish holidays.
