Brief Description:
A Jewish non-profit is looking for someone to be responsible for contacting donors for their support during fundraising campaigns held throughout the year. |
Job Function:
- Contact donors by phone to discuss their support and solicit donations during various fundraising campaigns throughout the year
- Engage donors in meaningful conversation about the organization and its ongoing initiatives and campaigns while ensuring a positive donor experience
- Work in collaboration with team members to ensure targets are on track and being met
- Report to Manager on donor gifts and contact changes
- Ensure Salesforce is maintained and kept up to date with donor information

Job Requirement:
- Excellent phone manner
- Prior sales or fundraising experience
- Superior customer service attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork
- Familiarity with Excel and Outlook
- Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma
- Knowledge of the organization and the Toronto Jewish community a plus but not required
