Job Function:

As a Customer Service Representative and Layout Specialist at Ketubah.com, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and supporting the growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Answer questions and assist customers via phone, live chat, email, and other channels.
  • Offer sales support to prospective Ketubah purchasers, guiding them through the selection process.
  • Typesetting new texts in Hebrew and English:
  • Proof Hebrew and English names and other information on Ketubah texts.
  • Production of orders including, inserting Hebrew and English names into Ketubah text and creating text proofs for couples and officiants to review.
  • Build and Strengthen Relationships:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with Ketubah purchasers, Rabbis/officiants, and artists.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to Company Growth.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate on ideas to help the company grow and improve its processes.
  • Implement new strategies and approaches to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including adding, correcting, and updating products and text content.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the company from time to time to support our evolving needs.
Job Requirement:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to staying on top of orders.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various team members and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle occasional peak workloads or urgent requests.
  • Hebrew: Ability to read and write Hebrew with basic comprehension
  • Excellent English
  • Familiar with Mac OS X
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite. In particular: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
