Our employer is an international Cybersecurity employer is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Management Office with more than 10 years of experience.

Job Function:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and evolving existing processes, managing client engagements/projects, and serving as an escalation point for engagement issues. You will act as the primary contact for engagement delivery and will be expected to demonstrate leadership skills while possessing a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, proactive security measures, disaster recovery, and remediation activities within the cybersecurity field.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or multiple lines of business.
  • Take full ownership of engagement life cycles, including initiation to deployment, for several major or minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Report on success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
  • Prepare estimates and detailed engagement plans for all phases and types of engagements.
  • Manage and control budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues across leadership.
  • Develop and deliver agile/rapid progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences.
  • Support the establishment of practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature capabilities for the organization.
  • Resolve problems, coordinate escalations, and collaborate with client technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Act as a leader and mentor to junior team members.
Job Requirement:

  • 10+ years’ experience in senior positions, 7+ years as Project Manager.
  • Expertise in delivering complex projects, ideally within the cyber security specialism.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to advance organizational transformation and influence leadership with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct gap analysis from a cyber security perspective.
  • Preference for experience in Threat Management, Cyber Security Services, tooling, conflict management, and Identity and Access Management
  • Relevant technical and project management certifications are desirable.
