Job Function:

  • Delivering top-notch customer and partner support in Canada and the US, including assistance with registration, password resets, shipping labels, and address corrections.
  • Facilitating partner support activities such as account creation, rate discussions, and onboarding training.
  • Troubleshooting product issues, managing user journey concerns and escalations, and overseeing analytics.
  • Maintaining and managing databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Job Requirement:

  • Proficiency with SQL queries.
  • Proven problem-solving prowess with a knack for sound judgment.
  • Stellar customer service orientation with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC usage, focusing on Apple OS and Windows OS environments.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, including MS SQL console and MS Access.
  • Experience in database management with a technical emphasis.
