Job Function:
- Delivering top-notch customer and partner support in Canada and the US, including assistance with registration, password resets, shipping labels, and address corrections.
- Facilitating partner support activities such as account creation, rate discussions, and onboarding training.
- Troubleshooting product issues, managing user journey concerns and escalations, and overseeing analytics.
- Maintaining and managing databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Job Requirement:
- Proficiency with SQL queries.
- Proven problem-solving prowess with a knack for sound judgment.
- Stellar customer service orientation with an emphasis on empathy and understanding.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and English, showcasing excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in PC usage, focusing on Apple OS and Windows OS environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, including MS SQL console and MS Access.
- Experience in database management with a technical emphasis.
