Job Function:
- Design and create custom cakes, desserts, patisseries, croissants, and crepes based on customer requests.
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Prepare ingredients and assemble baked goods according to established recipes and procedures.
- Decorate cakes and other pastries with intricate designs using various techniques and materials.
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed.

Job Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, focusing on custom-design cakes and desserts.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry ingredients, including gluten-free and vegan options.
- Ability to create and execute new recipes and designs from scratch.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
