Brief Description:

Our employer is a big retailor that is looking for a Hebrew speaking employee with 1-2 years of experience and proficiency in working with Excel sheets. This individual should be a quick learner, resourceful, independent and willing to adapt to change as it is a small team and all hands on deck/ideas are welcome.

Job Function:

  • Monitoring and analyzing critical KPI's that drive inventory performance : In-stocks, fill rate, on-time delivery and forecast variances.
  • Working with warehouse and stores to manage inventory stock levels.
  • Main Support for all stores and Managers.
  • Leading meetings/calls with clients and head office to review future promotional schedules, inventory strategies, upcoming planogram changes, current issues, and other initiatives that drive process efficiencies.
  • Build Strategy behind the assortment plan.
  • Analyze and recommend key actions to support maximum inventory performance.
  • Planning and re-forecasting flowcharts of key items.
  • Monitoring and analyze critical KPI's that drive inventory performance : In-stocks, fill rate, on-time delivery and forecast variances.
  • Provide effective analysis of monthly vendor costs, volumes, etc.
  • Review and process invoices for applicable Operations vendors.
  • Support the General Manager and District Manager in acting as liaison for all projects that require coordination with one of the vendors under management from a financial and forecasting perspective.
  • Working closely with logistics for order processing and follow-up until the delivery.
  • Initiating projects that drive process efficiencies.
  • Ability to work on AS400 (Hebrew).
Job Requirement:

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry or in an analytical.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Ability to create Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting to understand product sell through.
  • Effective negotiations skills.
  • Knowledge on Click Sense or Business Intelligence.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to quickly analyze complex problems and propose solutions.
  • Ability to balance and handle changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a diverse work environment that emphasizes high performance, and delivery of results, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Ability to adjust to trends, priority items and requested deliverables within the environment in which you will operate (people, applications, technology, process) and pivot to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent in Hebrew.
