Job Function:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, processes, and challenges, and provide expert guidance on software solutions that address their requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of client workflows, systems, and data structures to identify opportunities for software integration and optimization.
  • Design and present tailored software solutions and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
  • Configure software applications and systems to meet client specifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Develop and deliver client training programs and workshops to promote effective software utilization and maximize user adoption.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and implementation, to ensure successful software deployments and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to software solutions, and share knowledge with internal teams and clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software offerings.
  • Travel to client sites as necessary for project scoping, training, and implementation.
Job Requirement:

  • Proven experience as a Software Solution Consultant, Software Implementation Consultant, or similar role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software applications and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Experience implementing complex Utility Billing/Customer Information Systems
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
