As a risk-taker and self-starter, you will be instrumental in shaping and responsible for executing our sales strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving growth across the business.
The Vice President of Sales will report directly to the CEO with 15 direct reports and will be a pivotal part of the company’s leadership team, helping to innovate and control the big picture. |
Job Function:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
50% Sales Management:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
- Advocate for the team and support their development.
- Oversee hiring and subsequent training.
- Foster a people-oriented culture that promotes collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing people and leveraging relationships
50% Business Development:
- Develop strategies, set targets, and implement a CRM system.
- Make quick, effective decisions to drive results and address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand business opportunities in sectors such as industrial maintenance, multi-residential properties, and car dealerships.
- Drive innovation and new initiatives to ensure continued growth and competitive positioning in the marketplace.

Job Requirement:
- 5+ years of leading and developing a field sales team
- Direct experience setting budgets, training, mentoring, and negotiating
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading teams to achieve high performance.
- Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing conditions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
