Our employer, providing bakery goods for the Food Service and Retail market channels, is looking for an administrative individual who is highly organized and pays close attention to detail, to play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods and products to our customers. |
Job Function:
- Coordinate and track the delivery of goods from the point of origin to the final destination
- Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery status updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall logistics process
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations
- Ensure timely and accurate ordering and movement of CHEP pallets
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics
- Knowledge of the Freight Industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- 2-5 years in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain
- Computer fluency (MS Office (Excel), Internet)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively
- Ability to respond to issues outside core work hours
