Shifts and Work: Caregivers can work consistent 4–12-hour shifts with Clients in a 1:1 homecare setting – minimum 4-hour shift!

The Employer is Looking for:

Certified PSWs who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide Clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to:

• Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to Clients with various conditions
• Advocate for Clients’ needs
• Monitor and report any changes to the Client’s condition
• Assist Clients with ADLs including meal preparation, personal care, bathing and safe transfers
• Ensure the privacy and dignity of Clients while providing care
• Create moments of joy for Clients during your care

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants must have valid employment eligibility in Canada*
• PSW certificate from a government or NACC-accredited college in Ontario OR;
• RPN or RN students who have completed at least 2 semesters of nursing school in Ontario with minimum placement experience
• Flexible availability, punctual and independent
• Dementia care experience is an asset
