Brief Description:

Our employer is a creator of food halls that offer exciting experiences and convenient delivery and takeout options looking for an individual to work closely with restaurant partners, local businesses, and the team to implement strategies and create innovative marketing campaigns that foster a strong sense of community and drive excitement around the food halls. The role involves managing social media channels, organizing events that reflect their vibrant and diverse food culture and telling the restaurant stories in their food halls and local communities. The Manager will approach their work with a spirit of entrepreneurship, ownership and professionalism.

Job Function:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote Kitchen Hub and its restaurant partners. This includes social media marketing, content creation, email campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute on-site and virtual events, including
    food tastings, pop-ups, and community gatherings. Taking ownership of these events, by coordinating with restaurant partners and vendors to ensure their success.
  • Customer Engagement: Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and performance data
    to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, build a stronger community and increase customer loyalty.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with local businesses, influencers,
    and community organizations to create partnerships that enhance Kitchen Hub's brand presence and drive community engagement with our food halls.
  • Content Management & Creation: Leverage restaurant partner content to promote their amazing food and stories. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to
    create high-quality visuals and promotional materials that tell the story of each food hall.
  • Infuse content with a balance of professionalism and levity that resonates with our customers.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow Kitchen Hub's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create engaging content, monitor trends, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key marketing metrics, including social media engagement, event attendance, and campaign performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that demonstrate a commitment to continuous growth and improvement.
Job Requirement:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a car in order to travel between locations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset that embraces entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, with a focus on community building.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, taking ownership of projects and delivering results.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to inject levity into daily tasks while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, Klaviyo, Google Analytics).
