Job Function:

  • Assist the senior partner in reviewing emails, prioritizing emails, meeting with senior partner to review and obtain instructions re emails, opening files, delegating files to associates and diarizing accordingly.
  • Respond to client queries by telephone and email
  • Assist in docketing work done on files, to drafting and finalizing pre-bills and final bills, to sending out accounts and to follow up on account receivable
  • Draft and respond to compliance letters,
  • Draft and register condominium documents in the land registry office
  • Obtain parcel searches from the land registry office
  • Issue notices of Lien and register Certificates of Lien
  • Assist in drafting pleadings and filing of same electronically
  • Draft Requests for Proposals
  • Assist on Condominium Authority Tribunal applications and responses

Job Requirement:

  • Experience in the legal field
  • Knowlesge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of relevant software: Soluno, Net Docs, Teranet
