Job Function:
- Create and manage custom reports using SSRS.
- Utilize Jira for issue tracking, sprint planning, and cross-functional project management.
- Resolve system bugs and integration issues to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all workflows, configurations, customizations, and system changes.
- Interact with department heads to understand their daily system tasks and advise on potential system improvements.
- Train end users on system needs.

Job Requirement:
Education:
- Computer Science College Diploma / Accounting university degree.
- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
Experience:
- 3-5 years working experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to integration tools like KingswaySoft or Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience in Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 Business Central an asset.
Skills:
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including entity creation, plugin development, workflows, reports, ribbon editing, and sitemap configuration.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, with a focus on automation, usability, and scalability.
- Develop and integrate third-party solutions to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality and provide real-time insights into customer data and sales performance.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver tailored CRM functionality.
- Write clean, efficient code using C#, JavaScript, and HTML5 for CRM extensions and custom web resources.
- Use SQL for data management, reporting, and optimization, including query writing and manipulation.
