Job Function:
- Develop and implement advertising and promotional campaigns to attract clients seeking immigration services.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), Google Ads, and website updates.
- Create engaging content such as flyers, newsletters, blogs, and promotional videos tailored to newcomer and international audiences.
- Build and maintain community partnerships to promote services (colleges, community centers, cultural associations, job fairs).
- Plan, organize, and represent the office at community events, information sessions, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target demographics.
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations for improvements.

Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in advertising, promotions, or digital marketing, ideally in service-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; multilingual abilities (e.g., Ukrainian, Farsi, Mandarin, Spanish, etc.) are an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Assets:
- Experience promoting services in newcomer, settlement, or immigration-related fields.
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital campaign optimization.
