Events Set-Up & Operations Crew Member (Part-Time/Seasonal Full Time)

Our employer is a leader in amusement rentals and event services, helping create unforgettable experiences at corporate events, school fun days, festivals, frosh weeks, and private parties. They are looking for friendly, outgoing, and responsible Events Set-Up & Operations Crew Members to join their team. • Drive company vehicles (panel vans up to 20-foot cube trucks) to and from events
• Set up, operate/attend, and tear down amusement equipment (inflatables, arcade games, food carts, carnival games, VR units, photo booths, sports games, and more)
• Ensure all equipment is safely and properly set up and used
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and event guests
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid G Class driver’s licence
• Experience driving larger vehicles such as cube trucks
• Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, loading, unloading equipment)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must possess a teamwork-focused mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High standards for taking responsibility for the proper completion of work
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining good composure
• Event experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
• Must provide a clear Criminal Background Check and driver’s abstract
• Most events are within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
