Our employer is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen eye for detail to join the fast-paced and dynamic world of the organization. This individual will be responsible for designing and curating e-newsletters, electronic event invitations, manage content on the organization's websites, understand an apply customer segmentation best practices, follow the organization's brand guidelines to create and adapt design materials for the digital space. As an integral contributor, the Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with our design, marketing and creative teams to develop compelling, targeted digital solutions for email and advertising touchpoints.

Job Function:

Responsibilities

  • Build and design e-newsletters
  • Turn design into code for event invitations and email communications
  • Apply digital marketing best practices (source tracking, audience segmentation)
  • Create new and update existing content on the organization's websites
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc.) Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and metrics, and providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Work collaboratively with staff as well as with multiple stakeholders
  • Good understanding of IAB standards
Job Requirement:

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in HTML for email and web, good understanding of digital design concepts and mobile responsive design best practices
  • Passionate advocate and visible champion of UJA’s mission, values, and goals, inspiring others through action and unwavering commitment to advancing our shared purpose.
  • Good understanding of email marketing automation software/email builder (Pardot, Mail Chimp, Campaign Monitor or similar)
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Understand AODA requirements and can apply WCA guidelines
  • Experience with web content management systems
