Brief Description:
Our employer is a well-established appliance repair company based in Vaughan. They are currently seeking a Claims Specialist to be responsible for submitting, tracking, and reconciling warranty and manufacturer claims to ensure they receive full and accurate reimbursement for labour and parts. Job Function:
- Prepare and submit warranty and manufacturer claims for reimbursement of labour and parts.
- Review service documentation, invoices, and reports for accuracy.
- Track claim statuses and follow up to ensure timely payment.
- Investigate and resolve denied or short-paid claims.
- Communicate with manufacturers, warranty providers, and internal departments.
- Maintain detailed records of all claims and reconciliations.
- Generate regular claims reports for management review.

Job Requirement:
- 1–3 years of experience in claims processing, bookkeeping, or accounting (appliance or service industry experience is an asset).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and related software.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
