Claims Specialist – Warranty & Manufacturer Reimbursement (Dufferin & Hwy 407)

Our employer is a well-established appliance repair company based in Vaughan.

They are currently seeking a Claims Specialist to be responsible for submitting, tracking, and reconciling warranty and manufacturer claims to ensure they receive full and accurate reimbursement for labour and parts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy with documentation, and experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or warranty administration.

• Prepare and submit warranty and manufacturer claims for reimbursement of labour and parts.
• Review service documentation, invoices, and reports for accuracy.
• Track claim statuses and follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Investigate and resolve denied or short-paid claims.
• Communicate with manufacturers, warranty providers, and internal departments.
• Maintain detailed records of all claims and reconciliations.
• Generate regular claims reports for management review.

• 1–3 years of experience in claims processing, bookkeeping, or accounting (appliance or service industry experience is an asset).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and related software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
