Brief Description:
Our employer is a growing dry-cleaning business providing pickup and drop-off service directly to customers’ homes and offices. They are looking for a hands-on Operations Associate/Driver to support daily operations — including picking up and dropping off, tagging, quality control, and pick and pack clothes. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, driving, staying organized, and providing great customer service. ____________________________________________________________ |
Job Function:
- Pick up and drop off garments to and from customers’ homes and offices.
- Tag incoming clothes with customer names and order numbers.
- Quality control stains and pressing, and special care needs.
- Organize cleaned garments, pack, and prepare them for drop-off.
- Ensure accurate order tracking and great customer communication.
- Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.

Job Requirement:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Friendly and professional with customers.
- Able to lift 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable using a computer and smartphone for route tracking.
