Job Function:

This is a fully commission-based, remote role for a Business Development Manager.

 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth through lead generation, market research, and fostering relationships with community partners. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, communicating with potential clients and partners, outreach, and delivering excellent customer service to support the organization’s mission.

 

The role involves collaborating with the internal team to strategize and implement initiatives that ensure success in providing quality senior care services.

Job Requirement:

  • Valid G driver's license and access to a car
  • Strong skills in building relationships, compassion, and identifying potential opportunities and building partnerships
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Outreach focused
  • Ability to work remotely with a high degree of adaptability and independence
  • Previous experience in business development and sales, with experience in the senior living sector
  • Passion for senior care services and community engagement is highly desirable
