Community & Growth Intern (Remote)

Our employer is a community-first digital platform built to strengthen Jewish life in Toronto by connecting families, businesses, and organizations in one secure ecosystem. This is not a typical startup internship. It is a chance to help shape the digital infrastructure of the Jewish community. They are looking for a self-driven, socially connected individual who understands Jewish culture, lives online, and wants to make a measurable impact. You will work directly with leadership on growth, onboarding, and community activation.

• Support the onboarding of Jewish businesses and organizations onto the platform
• Assist with platform management, listings, events, and basic quality control
• Contribute to social media content, community outreach, and promotion
• Leverage personal or community networks to drive awareness and adoption
• Act as a cultural bridge, ensuring the platform reflects real Jewish community needs
• Assist with campaigns, launches, and early community engagement initiatives

• Active on social media, ideally with an existing following or strong engagement
• Comfortable speaking to business owners and community leaders
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Motivated by purpose, not just resume building
