As a Certified Bookkeeper, you will manage full-cycle bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients. This role is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small, professional team.

Job Function:

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
  • Prepare the month-end and year-end financial reports
  • Support payroll processing and government remittances, as required
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records
  • Communicate with internal team members and clients to resolve discrepancies

Job Requirement:

  • Bookkeeping certification
  • Minimum of three years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy
