Our client, a Professional Corporate Accounting firm, located in Richmond Hill is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administration & Bookkeeping Assistant to support daily office operations of our office and maintain accurate financial records for our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and basic accounting functions. Has prior experience using Quick Books.

Job Function:

Administrative Duties

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Support general office operations as needed

Bookkeeping Duties

  • Prepare invoices and track payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
  • Support month-end and year-end reporting

Job Requirement:

  • Proven experience in administrative support and bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency with accounting software - QuickBooks
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a small business or Public accounting office
