As an Executive Security Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clientele.

You will be responsible for responding promptly to alarms received by the ACC, conducting thorough residential patrols, and performing static guarding services at various client locations. In this dynamic role, you will thoroughly document and record mileage and expenses, complete and process all necessary paperwork, and audit and safeguard key boxes.

Your commitment to adhering to all Provincial and Municipal bylaws will be paramount. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle diverse security challenges, ensuring our clients' peace of mind.

• Post-secondary education in protective services or a related field.
• Valid Province of Ontario Security Guard License.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License (Class G or higher) and own car.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Proven experience in mobile patrol and alarm response.
• Exceptional vigilance and focus during nighttime hours.
• Comprehensive knowledge of alarm systems and emergency response protocols.
• Ability to interact with clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Commitment to ongoing training and skill development.
• Effective conflict resolution skills and a calm demeanour under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
