Job Function:
In this role, you will support individuals seeking guidance to navigate complex barriers to stability in their lives. These individuals are seeking support in the areas of mental health, substance use, education, housing, conflict with the law, employment, immigration, and general direction in creating a plan to self-actualize their potential and move from instability to self-sufficiency.
Through consistent one-on-one case management meetings and using a client-centred approach, you will assess their individual needs and develop action plans, with appropriate interventions and referrals, that will guide them towards achieving their life goals.
As part of the frontline team consisting of Program Coordinators, Case Managers, and Program Managers, as well as the Director of Programs, you will play a collaborative and instrumental role in developing our transformational programs for continued high-impact outcomes and success.

Job Requirement:
- 2-3 years of demonstrated knowledge and direct case management experience working with the population as described
- An undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Existing knowledge of topics relating to barriers to socio-economic stability
- Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and group counselling/support services skills
- Well-developed knowledge of an anti-oppression framework
- Advocacy, networking, and resource development skills
- Working knowledge of social service resources in the community
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools is required
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
