Education

• A combination of training and experience appropriate for a software development role
• Computer Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent education (preferred)
• Knowledge and understanding of software development best practices

Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with Kotlin
• Familiarity with cross‑platform technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform or React Native
• Experience with iOS development in Swift
• Experience integrating API endpoints and third‑party vendor products
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Skills

• Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to listen and convey empathy for diverse perspectives
• Commitment to quality, including solid testing and engineering practices
• Ability to write unit and integration tests, with at least a familiarity with high‑level UI automation testing
• Familiarity with development process tools and build/test/release workflows such as Bitbucket, Appium, CircleCI, Firebase, or similar tools
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to change
• Flexibility and comfort with iterative and incremental development
