Brief Description:
Our employer is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in med-spa, beauty, and wellness brands. They build full-funnel growth systems for 10+ active clients — combining Meta Ads, Google Ads, organic social, CRM automation (GoHighLevel), creative production, and call centre follow-up into one cohesive client growth engine. They are looking for an individual to join a lean, high-output team where every person has real ownership and real impact. They need a senior operator who can hold accounts together while driving strategy forward. This is a senior, multi-disciplinary role at the intersection of account management, marketing strategy, project coordination, and agency operations. You will own a portfolio of beauty, wellness, and aesthetics client accounts end-to-end — serving as the primary point of contact, lead strategist, and internal coordinator who ensures campaigns get executed on time and at a high standard. You’ll also play a key operational role within the agency itself — helping manage project flow, team accountability, and internal processes across departments. This is not a purely client-facing role; you’ll have real influence over how the agency runs day-to-day. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and execution-oriented operator — someone who can build a marketing strategy in the morning, lead a client call at noon, and unblock a campaign issue by end of day. ____________________________________________________________ |
Job Function:
Meta Ads Management
- Own end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts — from build and launch through audience strategy, creative testing, bid optimization, and scaling
- Manage and QA the Junior Media Buyer’s campaign work, providing feedback and direction on a weekly basis
- Maintain campaign naming conventions, budget trackers, and reporting structure across the team
- Stay ahead of Meta algorithm changes, iOS attribution shifts, and policy updates
Funnel Strategy & Conversion
- Architect full-funnel strategies: mapping the customer journey from cold traffic through lead capture, nurture, and booked appointment
- Identify funnel leaks and drop-off points — collaborating with our CRM and call centre teams to improve lead-to-booking conversion rates
- Work alongside GHL (GoHighLevel) automation workflows to ensure ads and CRM nurture sequences are aligned
Creative Strategy & Testing
- Develop and oversee creative strategy for performance marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of consumer psychology, copywriting frameworks, and audience awareness stages — including unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware, and offer-aware markets
- Translate customer insights, market research, and campaign data into clear creative briefs that guide designers, video editors, and content teams in producing high-performing, platform-native ads that feel organic to the user experience while still driving measurable business results
- Brief our design and video team on ad concepts and iterate based on performance data (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop, CPL)
- Build and manage structured A/B testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages
- Identify creative fatigue early and maintain a pipeline of fresh concepts
Tracking & Conversion Intelligence
- Understand how conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and CAPI (Conversions API) events impact paid media optimization and algorithm training
- Work with our tracking and CRM teams to ensure campaigns are optimized toward high-intent actions, while filtering out low-quality or unqualified leads that may misguide the algorithm
- Understand how conversion signals influence campaign optimization — deep technical implementation is not required, but strategic awareness of how data quality affects performance is essential
Reporting & Communication
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to internal team and clients — translating data into plain-language insights and recommended actions
- Maintain accurate budget pacing and flag anomalies proactively
- Participate in client-facing performance reviews as needed

Job Requirement:
Required
- 3+ years running Meta Ads campaigns with direct accountability for ROAS, CPL, and CAC
- Experience in service-based verticals — med-spa, health & wellness, beauty, or local service businesses strongly preferred

- Strong command of Meta campaign objectives, audience layering (Lookalikes, retargeting, interest stacking), and CBO/ABO strategies
- Comfortable diagnosing funnel performance — not just reporting numbers but identifying root causes and recommending fixes
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Clear, proactive communicator — you flag issues before they become problems and can explain performance to a non-technical client
- Self-directed — you manage your own time well and don’t need hand-holding
