Junior Analyst, Research (King & Bay)

Our employer is provides independent governance solutions, proxy research, and stewardship services to help investors and public companies make informed decisions. They are looking for an individual to join their Executive Compensation Research team. In this role, you will analyze and issue voting recommendations on compensation-related proposals across the United States and Canada. This includes evaluating broad-based equity compensation plans, as well as compensation structures for senior executives and boards of directors.

• Analyze executive compensation programs and equity-based compensation plans
• Produce clear, well-reasoned voting recommendations for institutional investors
• Conduct research for special reports, proxy season reviews, and thought leadership content
• Assist in updating internal voting guidelines and training materials
• Participate in engagement calls and meetings with corporate representatives
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
