Job Function:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through onboarding.
- Receive hiring requirements and approved staffing requests from senior management and HR leadership.
- Create and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, employment agencies, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications and conduct candidate screening interviews.
- Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the HRIS
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for production, skilled trades, engineering, and corporate positions.
- Support high-volume recruitment initiatives to meet production demands.
- Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and recruitment procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, employment agencies, and community organizations.

Job Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defence, or industrial environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting for skilled trades, production, engineering, and corporate positions.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
