Window Coverings Assembler / Factory Worker (Keele & 407)

Our employer is a window blinds manufacturer. They are seeking a Window Coverings Assembler (Factory Worker) responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products such as blinds, shades, and related components in a manufacturing environment.

This role involves operating basic machinery, following production specifications, measuring and cutting materials, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. Workers must maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhere to workplace safety guidelines, and meet daily production targets. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting are essential.

• Ability to use basic hand tools and operate light machinery
• Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is an asset (but not required)
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and perform repetitive movements
