They are looking for a qualified and dedicated individual to join their team in North York. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a 24/7 command centre. This is a replacement hire due to an internal promotion, reflecting growth and development within the team.

Reporting to the Manager, Security Operations Centre, the successful candidate will serve as a first point of contact for incoming calls for support and field intelligence reports. This role requires someone who can think clearly under pressure, process information quickly, and respond with professionalism, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

You will conduct in-depth research on a wide range of topics, uncover key insights, identify risks, and discover opportunities. Your findings will directly inform decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels. In this role, you will act as a navigator—guiding the team by identifying optimal paths forward and anticipating potential risks.
