Our Employer is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to lead their growing clinical team and oversee the delivery, development, and ongoing improvement of Addiction and Mental health services. This role provides clinical leadership across the organization, with responsibility for supervising and developing clinicians, ensuring high standards of clinical practice, supporting program development, and strengthening the overall clinical structure.

The successful candidate will bring strong clinical leadership skills, a collaborative approach to team building, and a commitment to providing high-quality, trauma-informed, client-centred care. The Clinical Director reports to the President & CEO and works closely with the Director of Operations, Assistant Clinical Director, and broader leadership team.
