About the Opportunity
Under the supervision of the VP, LEAD, the Manager, LEAD will be a core member of the LEAD team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the pipeline tracking process for leadership and volunteer roles including committee and governance opportunities; cataloguing current engagement and volunteer opportunities within the organization aligned with LEAD’s objectives; assisting in the identification of new engagement opportunities, supporting the strategic implementation of LEAD initiatives; and providing administrative support as needed for the function.
