Located within a condominium development, the hotel serves guests, local residents, and condominium owners through accommodations, dining, and events.

They are seeking an Overnight Guest Experience Ambassador to act as the primary on-site representative during overnight hours. This role ensures guest safety, security, and seamless operations while delivering exceptional service.

Working independently, the Ambassador handles guest support, operational monitoring, property oversight, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations. They are responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a luxury hospitality environment, ensuring guests feel safe, supported, and well cared for.

This role is key to maintaining a personalized, high-quality guest experience while preserving the comfort and privacy expected in a boutique hotel. It also offers the opportunity to join a founding team shaping a thoughtfully designed, service-driven hotel concept in Toronto.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality experience, strong situational awareness, and professional maturity. They are self-motivated, proactive, and attentive to detail. Availability for a structured onboarding program, including daytime and evening training, is required before transitioning to overnight shifts.
